SHIPPING POLICY

Everything we sell is handmade to order, so the time to make your order is normally 3 - 5 business days. We are based in the UK.

Wedding orders and furniture take around 5-6 weeks; we will contact you if we have any concerns over your deadline prior to starting work on your order.

At checkout we offer Pickup (for NI Customers), Standard Shipping and Tracked Shipping; please note that Standard Shipping doesn't come with tracking information. We offer Standard Shipping as an option as it has the lowest carbon footprint of all shipping services and want to take every opportunity to be as kind to the environment as we can.

If you are in a rush for an order, please do get in touch with us before ordering to see if we can work with your timeframe.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

RETURN POLICY

If you're not happy, we're not happy!

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery of non-customised and non-personalised items.

If you wish to return an order to us, please contact thedribblyyak@gmail.com and we'll be glad to talk you through the simple process. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the buyer is liable until it arrives with us. To ensure that you're covered please retain proof of postage. You may wish to send using a tracked service for your peace of mind, but it's entirely up to you. If the item isn't returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

Our Website keeps your payment secure and we never receive your credit card information.

DAMAGES & DEFECTS

Any damages or defects should be reported within 28 days of ordering, as we cannot be responsible for the care of your wood once it's been with you for a significant time period. We are confident this is an adequate time period for any defects to present themselves. Please do check your order for any problems thoroughly and contact us if you have any concerns within this time period.

Working with a natural product like wood can present specific problems, as every piece of wood is unique with it's own awesome wood grain. Although we test every product that we sell there may at times be an unseen weakness in a grain.
