SHIPPING POLICY

Everything we sell is handmade to order, so the time to make your order is normally 3 - 5 business days. We are based in the UK.

Wedding orders and furniture take around 5-6 weeks; we will contact you if we have any concerns over your deadline prior to starting work on your order.

At checkout we offer Pickup (for NI Customers), Standard Shipping and Tracked Shipping; please note that Standard Shipping doesn't come with tracking information. We offer Standard Shipping as an option as it has the lowest carbon footprint of all shipping services and want to take every opportunity to be as kind to the environment as we can.

If you are in a rush for an order, please do get in touch with us before ordering to see if we can work with your timeframe.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

RETURN POLICY

If you're not happy, we're not happy! We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery of non-customised and non-personalised items.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs,  If the item isn't returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
